Really itchy, flaky, peeling spots on my nipples?

Im 17 and my nipples are like really itchy and thy are flaky and red its not just the nipple its the skin around it to, bt like it also sometimes has this discharge, i dont kbow whats goin on so if you could please gelp me! I cnt go to a dr i have no insurence or anything.. Im not pregnant and yes i have had sex lately bt this has happened before to just not this bad. Please please help me! Thank you so much!!
