Is it bad that my pilonidal cyst surgery stitches are bleeding ?

Ok so the top of the stitches is bleeding a little bit, it looks like if it was a scab and it got peeled, but just a little piece. The very bottom of the stitches are by my anus and when I use the restroom(number 2) it bleeds a little, is this normal, the stitches haven't came apart or anything they are just bleeding a bit and I'm worried, what do I do ?
