Tattoo healing questions?

i got my tattoo almost 4 days ago and yesterday it had a dull cloudy looking layer of skin over it and today it started to peel. i was wondering how long it will peel for. it seems like the areas that peeled look healed now and bright so when this layer peels off is it healed? it is a rose about the size of an orange.
