Should i wear my swimsuit anyway?

I just got a tattoo like almost 2 weeks ago.. it's still peeling a tiny bit still. My safe grad is tomorrow, and we're going swimming. I don't think I should go swimming since it's not completely healed, but I still kind of wanna show off my body and my tattoo. Should I wear my swimsuit anyway or would it look stupid if I'm just sitting there and not swimming?
