New Green Severum issues?

I just got my new fish today and named him Zeke. I bought him around 2:30 after having set his cage up last night to let it run all night. I let his bag sit in the cage for 10 minutes before putting him in but once i put him in, he hasn't moved. He'll let me put my hand in and urge him to move around but once it take my hand out, he just sits there again. He has places to hide, but he just sits on the bottom of the tank and won't move. He is a baby and maybe he's just shell shocked still but i just didn't know if i should be worried or if this was relatively normal.
