How do I uninstall HP Shortcut Manager from my Mac?

For those of you that don't know, there is a problem that HP Shortcut Manager has on Mac where it absolutely saps ALL the CPU usage (currently it's using 99.7% of my CPU). I have tried all of the fixes I'm seen in the HP support forums. Right now I just want to delete ALL HP stuff from my Mac. I don't have the scanner anymore, I don't want this on my computer. I've already run the HP Uninstaller but HPShorcutManager and HPShortcutManagerStartup as well as some other HP stuff remains. I want it all gone. So what should I do?
