Cat, swollen eyelid help!?

My (found him on the street)cat zeke has had some problems with his eye , a couple of days ago his lower eyelid looked like a marble was in it now his top eyelid is swollen and it looks like a white bag with a hint of blood in it , it covers half his eye but moves as he blinks , he is suppost to go to the vet in the next week or 2 to get neutered btw he is an outdoor cat
