Frozen wart then blood blister, peeling.. HELP!!?

Ok so I got wart frozen like a week and a half ago. It started to turn kinda brownish red then I noticed it kinda of lift like it was gonna peel off so I get peeled it of I acually did it to 2 of them the other 3 are still redish brown but not lifted or anything, so my question is was it bad of me to peel those off I'm going again to the dermotologist on July 21 but will I get an infection was it bad what should I do if it was a bad thing please help!!
