Confused about Infamous 2?

I just beat inFamous 2, which by the way was about 400 times shorter than inFamous 1, I guess it's good because infamous 1 was so damn long i barely wanted to play through it again to be good. This time though In infmous 2 i did the good side. btw im not putting in any spoilers here. So uhh after you beat it, it says it's rewinding you to before your final decision and you should try the infamous way, so i was like cool. But how do I start the final mission again? the little marker at zeke's place isnt there...So to do the final mission again do I have to beat the entire game again?
