Bracket on the first molars of the bottom teeth keep coming off?!?

Okay so basically, I have been wearing braces since last December and the braces came off at least 8 times since then(due to eating stuff like peeled apples and crisps although I know people who ate all this stuff and still had their braces all good) . When I went in last week, my ortho-dentist told me off and said if this happens again he will stop my treatment. So I was taking extra care and stuff but today, when i was eating an ice cream cone, the bracket of my first molar came off. I am totally freaking out now but I can't help thinking how it's always the bracket on the first molar(s) of the bottom teeth that's coming off all the time. I don't know what to do, he was serious about stopping my treatment :(
