Why are my fingertips peeling?

The skin underneath is pink and wrinkly. It started on my index finger and then happened on my thumb and ring finger on the same hand. And now It's happened to my thumb on the other. Why is this happening? How do I stop it? It doesn't hurt, it's just annoying.

well i have a sunburn and i have it on my arms shoulders stomach and neck i have grad tomorow i do want my neck to be all dry so does it dry it out?
